In London on 3 September 2024, the New Nuclear Watch Institute held a cocktail function concerning SMR's. The British Minister of Energy was the main guest. The Host of the evening was Mr Tim Yeo, (R) Chairman of the New Nuclear Watch Institute. Seen with him were two supporters of Stratek Global; Lord Christopher Monckton, and Eleanor Milford. Eleanor is a senior partner in a London financial company which deals with major project funding. Lord Monckton is sn outspoken supporter of nuclear power.
Dr Kelvin Kemm was Guest Speaker at a military strategy study group. A number of foreign officers were present from as far-afield as China, India, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, Brazil and a number of African countries.
Stephen Edkins and Warren La Fleur were treated to a typical South African braai lunch when they were taken to Necsa by Stratek Global executives. The chef is Jean Reyneke.

Dr Kemm gave a one day nuclear seminar to 31 military Generals and Colonels at the South African Defence College. They included officers from other countries such as Egypt, Tanzania, Uganda, Namibia, Zambia.
